- We have a strict policy of not collecting, storing or processing any personally identifiable information (PIU) in our datasets.
- The Turkana County Energy Database (TCED) complies with both the Kenya Data Protection Act and the EU GDPR.
- In case any of our third party data providers includes PII in their datasets, we will link to their hosted datasets via a web link, thereby delegating the responsibility of data protection compliance to them.
